Entrance Exam for OCES-DGFS program of BARC

Selection to OCES/DGFS is a two-step process: screening to short-fist candidates followed by Interview of the short-listed candidates. I' ll first discuss about the Entrance Exam. BARC entrance exam for one year orientation course in science and engg is one most easiest exam in india right now. If you have studied upto 12th well then u don't have to read any thing extra for the exam. just relax and watch some motivational movies a day before the exam and the next day during exam you will show no mercy to the questions. the syllabus for the entrance exam is just upto 12th standard but i'll like to focus on some important topics chemistry discipline

  1. Radiochemistry (alpha, beta, gama)
  2. Atomic structure
  3. Kinetics 
  4. Electrochemistry
  5. Organic (chirality, aromaticity)
  6. Inorganic (LFT etc very very basic)
  7. Few question for chemical bonding and acid and bases
  8. Simple question from straight line, circle, ellipse, hyperbola, parabola, permutation and combination, probability, ratio and proportion
